Job Board
Jobs maintained here all relate to educational law. Unless otherwise posted, the jobs are academic jobs in colleges and universities, only because that is where most of my connections are and those are the boards I regularly check. You can find practitioner oriented legal positions here.
Priority Jobs
Priority jobs are positions specifically sent to me for posting at The Edjurist. To post a job at The Edjurist contact me with the a URL to the position statement.

Other Jobs
Other Jobs includes jobs that I found related to educational law on my own that I have provided a link to.
University of Missouri - I like lots of people there. If I wasnt' happy at UK, I would apply to this one.
University of Oklahoma - Where our new Dean just came from and has some cool infrastructure. Also, chance to work with and learn under Lawrence Rossow.
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee -A good school of education in a reform city. Lots of research opportunities.
University of Wyoming - A small but probably nimble department. I think this position would actually be fun with its heavily rural focus.
Boise State - This is beyond my knowledge, but they do have a great football team that plays on blue turf.
St. Cloud State - Close to Minneapolis and probably could serve a large market because of their R-I focus.
Wayne State - The sometimes forgotten 30,000 student university in Michigan.
George Washington University - This is a higher ed. and very good position. GW is doing a lot of cool stuff, especially online, plus you have access to the power players in Washington.
Plymouth State - Looking for someone in special education law. I hear New Hampshire is beautiful.
University of Toledo - Ohio is a hotbed for educational law profs - and Toledo looks to be joining the group.
Quinnipiac Law School - They would consider a candidate with expertise in special education law.
Southern Connecticut State - I would image there would be plenty of resources there.
Southern Illinois - Edwardsville - This is an urban campus just outside Saint Louis (and where I got my bachelors).
Finding your own Academic Positions
Every year, there are openings in academia for educational law scholars. The number of positions vary from year to year but annually there are usually over ten and closer to twenty positions that are specifically seeking an educational law scholar and dozens more that would be willing to consider an educational law scholar as part of a larger pool of candidates. The vast majority of these positions are in schools of education, but occasionally educational law scholars will be hired in law schools or in other places such as colleges of arts and sciences. Here are some helpful links where educational law positions can be found. I check these on an infrequent basis, but if you are seeking employment, I would check all of these at least once a week. Also, if there is a helpful page to check that I have not included, please let me know. For information about how to apply for academic positions, see the UCEA Job Search Handbook for Schools of Education or the AALS website for Schools of law (this resource may save you some time on the law school side, though). Also, this list of legal academic fellowships is a good place to start for law positions.
