Justin Bathon founded the Edjurist in 2006. After slow start, Justin coordinated The Edjurist Accord relaunch in 2007 in coordination with the Frederick and K-12 Affirmative
Action decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. Justin is an Associate Instructor at Indiana University - Bloomington where he teaches educational law. He got his J.D. and Masters of Educational
Administration from Southern Illinois University in 2005. Justin has legal and educational experience at the local, state, national & international levels. His interests are legal issues in
education, education policy, education technology, educational infrastructure issues and educational leadership preparation. Justin is also a contributor At
