Justin Bathon founded the Edjurist in 2006. After slow start, Justin coordinated The Edjurist Accord relaunch in 2007 in coordination with the Frederick and K-12 Affirmative Action decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. Justin is an Associate Instructor at Indiana University - Bloomington where he teaches educational law. He got his J.D. and Masters of Educational Administration from Southern Illinois University in 2005. Justin has legal and educational experience at the local, state, national & international levels. Jesulon S. R. Gibbs, J.D., is a Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership in the Department of Education at South Carolina State University. Jesulon specializes in students rights, with particular interest in student speech rights.
